All in-stock orders place Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 1:00 PM EST will ship the same day. Any orders placed after 1 PM will be shipped on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping: 2-3 Business Days

International Shipping: 7-10 Business Days

All out-of-stock orders will ship 10-14 business days from the initial order date.

Note: During the holiday seasons, orders may be delayed by 2-3 days.

Due to COVID-19, your overnight order may experience delays. USPS has temporarily suspended guarantees.


We will accept returns that are unopened, un-worn, with all labels attached and in the original packaging within 3 days of initial receipt of hair for online purchases. All refund requests must be submitted via email within 24 hours of delivery. If approved, you will receive a refund to the card utilized during checkout within 7 business days.

Shipping costs will not be refunded for returned, exchanged, or cancelled orders.

For in-store purchases, we allow exchanges and/or issue store credit in the value of the returned items. There will be no cash refunds for in-store purchases for any reason.

If it is apparent that the bundle has been tampered with, unraveled from rubber band, conditioned, washed, heat-styled, colored, or altered in way, we will not issue a refund for any reason.
